Meet the Largent & Associates Team
Kyle Largent is the Executive Director and Principal Recruiter of Largent & Associates. A Hoosier, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business and began a 20-year career in sales, working in the technology and medical industries. During that time, Kyle received a variety of top-performance awards. Pursuing a long-held entrepreneurial goal, Kyle established his own recruiting firm in 1997. Largent & Associates began as an Executive Search firm in Orange County California. In 2010, Kyle moved the headquarters to the Pacific Northwest, opened a new office and launched HR Solutions Services to support local small businesses. Outside the office, Kyle unwinds with lap swimming. His true recreational passions are racing a Porsche GT3, announcing for autocross events and organizing corner workers at the track.
Susan Largent enjoys her role as Operations Manager at Largent & Associates. Originally a Hoosier, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Indiana University. Combining education with technology early in her career, Susan held multiple roles with educational software teams, most notably Macmillan McGraw-Hill. Her roles emphasized documentation development, project management and customer service. Upon relocating to Southern California in the late 1990’s, Susan continued her career in the software industry in support roles with FileNet Corporation and IBM before joining Kyle at Largent & Associates in 2007. Susan’s volunteer activities are aimed at improving nutrition and reducing hunger in Clark County. She stays tuned to NPR, travels whenever possible and enjoys dining with family and friends.
Tami Janecki joined the Largent & Associates team in 2013 and is the HR Solutions Manager. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/HR Emphasis from Washington State University-Vancouver and Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR©) certification. Tami has more than 10 years of broad-scope human resource management and corporate recruiting experience in both the public and private sectors. Tami volunteers with local schools, career-readiness, and HR association groups to facilitate educational opportunity, professional development and practical career search resources. Her personal interests include walking, baking, and finding new day-trip destinations around the Portland-metro area. Tami grew up in Vancouver, WA and lives in Camas, WA with her husband and daughters.
Becky Peterson is the Office Manager at Largent & Associates. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences with a focus on Human Resources/Personnel Management with Minors in Business Administration and Psychology from the Washington State University as well as Certificate in Human Resources Case Management and Administration. Becky’s experience includes several roles at Kimball Hill Homes such as Sales Support, Project Coordinator and Executive Assistant to Division President. In her role today, she collaborates with others to develop new ideas into goals, and help develop and implement strategies to attain these goals. She is from Washougal, but has lived in Vancouver for almost 20 years. In her free time, Becky enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach and cooking new recipes.
